Healthy Families America
Healthy Families America (HFA) is a nationally recognized, evidence-based home visiting program model that works with expectant mothers through pregnancy, and up to 3-5 years after the baby’s birth. HFA is a strength based program, rooted in the belief that early nurturing relationships are the foundation for life-long healthy development. Through the HFA Program, Family Support Specialists provide one-on-one education and support.
HFA is funded by First 5 Los Angeles and the Department of Public Health.
Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program CPSP
The Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP) provides a wide range of culturally competent services to Medi-Cal pregnant women, from conception through 60 days postpartum. Patients also receive enhanced services in the areas of nutrition, psychosocial and health education.
Baby2Baby Support
We partnered up with Baby2Baby to help our patients obtain essential items for their families. Virtual Parent Café
11:00 AM – Every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month
This is a free, virtual, drop in space for families to come chat about tips on how to prepare and set up for their Birth and Postpartum journey. We’ll go over different childbirth education topics to create a birth plan that can encourage parents to advocate for their needs and wants. Topics include preparing for labor and delivery, identifying support systems, identifying birth options and more. Our postpartum series will include tips on creating coping tools, nutrition, new born care, sibling support and infant feeding.
Infant Massage
10:00 AM – Every Thursday
Join us for an hour of bonding and learning. Build your listening and communication skills with your baby. while practicing infant massage techniques. Develop a deep loving and nurturing relationship that can last a lifetime.
