Anchors aweigh! On Saturday, September 28, 2002, the Annual Yacht Clubs of Long Beach Charity Regatta, benefiting The Children’s Clinic, will again set sail. Participants share the adventure and excitement of yacht racing competition, as well as the anticipation of Drawing Prizes and the fun of a golf tournament and burger bash. The Children’s Clinic depends on donations such as our Charity Regatta to meet  their budget. With your help we can surpass the funds raised last year.

The beneficiary of the Charity Regatta, The Children’s Clinic, is a nonprofit community clinic serving uninsured and underinsured families in the greater Long Beach area. Without the Clinic, these families would be unable to obtain even routine medical care for their children. The Children’s Clinic is supported by patient revenue, donations, grants, and special events such as the upcoming Charity Regatta.
