Position Objective:

Directs the day-to-day operations of The Vasek Polak Childrens\’s Clinic Family Health and Wellness Center.

Description:
Clinic Manager who is mission driven and committed to serving this population whose responsibility will be to oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic with emphasis on patient-doctor relationship, ensures the efficiency of patient flow and nursing duties, supervises front and back office staff, works with Chief Medical Officer and Chief Operations Officer to manage provider schedules, appointment scheduling process and audit readiness. Duties may include direct patient care in an ambulatory setting. No prenatal care inpatient or call duties. We are focused on disease management and participate in the BPHC Health Disparities Collaborative for Diabetes.
