The Children's Clinic

Dear Friends,

We invite you or your organization to join in the Annual Charity Regatta by becoming a corporate sponsor. On September 26, 2004, the 18 th Annual Yacht Clubs of Long Beach Charity Regatta , benefiting The Children’s Clinic, will again set sail. Participants share the adventure and excitement of yacht racing competition, as well as the anticipation of raffle prizes and the fun of a burger bash. In recent years, as much as $25,000 was raised by this and other events conducted by the clubs.

The Children’s Clinic, the beneficiary of the Charity Regatta is a nonprofit community health clinic serving uninsured and underinsured families in the greater Long Beach area. Without the Clinic, these families would be unable to obtain even routine medical care for their children. The Children’s Clinic is supported by patient revenue, donations, grants and special events such as the upcoming Charity Regatta. You may wish to visit their website www.thechildrensclinic.org

Any amount would be appreciated and will be spent wisely. Be assured that all donations will receive an acknowledgement letter from The Children’s Clinic (tax identification number 95-1643332).

Corporate sponsors of $500 or more in donated goods or service will be acknowledged with your company’s name and/or logo printed on publicity material including T-shirts. Higher levels of sponsorship are available. This is a great way to advertise your organization and raise funds for the Clinic!
